Straight answers
Do I have to buy anything after the day?
No. You pay the shadow day fee and keep the report. The builds are optional.
What about recording and privacy?
I only record with your written consent, and I tell your staff first. I don't record customers. Everything sits under a confidentiality agreement, and we agree upfront how long recordings are kept before they're deleted.
Will you get in the way?
No. You work as normal. I watch, listen, and ask questions at natural breaks.
